1. Pricing & Rates

All jewellery prices are calculated based on the day's live gold/silver rate at the time of order confirmation, plus applicable making charges, wastage and GST. Rates shown are indicative and subject to change without prior notice.

2. Hallmarking & Purity

All gold jewellery sold is BIS hallmarked. Purity details (24K/22K/18K) are mentioned on the product and invoice. Silver articles are sold as per stated purity standards.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or advance as applicable. PAN details are required for purchases above the government-mandated threshold. We accept manual bank transfer and online payment as configured at checkout.

4. Returns & Exchange

Returns and exchanges are accepted as per our in-store exchange policy, subject to the product being unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the original invoice. Custom-made and engraved jewellery may not be eligible for return.

5. Delivery

Orders are securely packed and delivered to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and product availability.
